Install the check-in app on your phone

No app store needed. It installs straight from your browser and works even with a weak signal at the job site.

Step 1 — Open the app link

On the phone you carry to jobs, open checkinsignals.com/app and sign in with the email your office invited you with.

Step 2 — Add it to your home screen

iPhone (Safari)

  1. Tap the Share button (the square with the arrow).
  2. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”.
  3. Tap “Add”. The Checkins icon lands on your home screen.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Tap the ⋮ menu in the top right corner.
  2. Tap “Add to Home screen” (or “Install app”).
  3. Confirm. The Checkins icon lands on your home screen.

Step 3 — Do your first check-in

  1. Open the app from the new icon and allow camera + location.
  2. Tap the red “Check in” button.
  3. Snap 2–6 photos of the work, type one honest sentence about the job, and hit Submit.

That’s the whole job. About a minute later the page is live on your company’s website — you’ll see it under “My pages”. A short walkthrough plays the first time you open the app.

Trouble installing?

  • iPhone: the “Add to Home Screen” option only appears in Safari — not in the Gmail or Facebook in-app browsers.
  • No signal at the job site? Check in anyway — the app saves it and publishes automatically when you’re back on data.
  • Still stuck? Ask your office admin to re-send your invite.
