Companion plugin for Checkin Signals. Lets Checkin Signals publish field-tech
check-in pages directly to this WordPress site.

== Description ==

Signal is a mobile-first check-in tool for home-service contractors. Field
techs submit a quick photo + notes report from each job, and Signal turns
the entry into a unique, schema-marked-up service-area page on this
WordPress site.

This plugin:

* Registers the `signal_project` Custom Post Type.
* Publishes Signal pages at `/projects/[city]/[slug]/`.
* Outputs Signal-generated JSON-LD schema in `<head>`.
* Provides the REST handshake the Signal backend uses to verify the
  connection and publish pages.

The plugin does not send or store any data on its own. It only relays
content from your authenticated Signal tenant to this WordPress site.

1. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose this
   `.zip`, click "Install Now", then "Activate Plugin".
2. In your Checkin Signals dashboard, open WordPress, enter your site address
   and click "Connect". Copy the Tenant ID and Pairing token it shows.
3. Back in WordPress, open Settings → Checkin Signals, paste both values and
   click "Connect this site to Checkin Signals".
4. The dashboard flips to "Connected" on its own within a few seconds. A live
   "Check-Ins" map page is created and added to your main menu.

The pairing token works once and expires after 30 minutes. If it expires,
click "Connect" in the dashboard again for a new one.
