Terms of Service

Checkin Signals turns your team's job-site check-ins into pages on your own website, with optional posting to your Google Business Profile. You keep ownership of your content — photos, notes, business information, and the pages published to your site. You grant us the license needed to process that content to provide the service (including AI content generation).

You confirm you have the right to the accounts you connect (WordPress site, Google Business Profile) and to the photos your team uploads, including any required consent from people appearing in them. Don't use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; we may suspend accounts that do.

Plans bill monthly through Stripe and include the check-in volume listed at signup; only check-ins that publish count. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from the billing page — cancellation stops future charges and your published pages stay on your website.

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee search rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. AI-generated content is reviewed against our publishing rules but remains your responsibility once approved or published. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
