Questions about plans and billing

What counts as a check-in?

A check-in counts when its page publishes to your WordPress site. Drafts, rejected check-ins, and anything you pull down before publish never touch your monthly total.

What happens if I hit my monthly limit?

New check-ins queue instead of publishing, and you get an email. Upgrade in one click and the queue drains immediately — nothing your techs submitted is lost.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.

Do extra techs cost more?

No. Every plan includes unlimited techs. You pay for published check-ins, not seats, so put the whole roster on the app.
